pixie salon booking & cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Cards will now be required to book all appointments.

2. 48 Hour cancellation is required for any hair color services, hair extensions,
   and 2+ hour skin treatments or nail appointments.
   (This includes services like: Color Corrections, Keratin Treatments, other hair, skin, or
   nail services that require 2 hours or more. Please ask your stylist if you have any questions.)

3. 24 Hour cancellation is required for all haircuts or other appointments.

4. Cancellations under the required time will have their cards charged.  

   (25 - 47 hours will be charged half of the total service cost under 24 hours or no shows
   will be charged the full price of the services) 

5. Please call the salon at 518.512.3537 if you are running late to avoid being charged as a no show.

   (If you are 15 minutes late your services will have to be adjusted to the remaining time
   but you will still be charged for the full services that were booked.)

Pixie Salon is a collaboration of highly trained stylists who work closely with each client’s individual needs to create the best color, texture, and style. This price list represents some of the most popular services that we offer at the salon. Often services are bundled together in a single visit. Your stylist may also recommend services after talking with you to help you achieve the look you want. If you have any questions at all about the pricing of your individual combination of services, please ask us.
